Nicholas H. Noyes Memorial Hospital is governed by a volunteer board of directors representing the communities from throughout Livingston and surrounding counties that are served by the hospital.  The board members bring time, talent and treasurer to the organization, setting strategic direction and advocating for the hospital, patients, families and guests.
