Powerful Tools for Caregivers Educational Program

A 6-week educational program, which focuses on the needs of the caregiver and is for family and friends who care caring for older adults suffering from long-term conditions. The class provides you with the skills and confidence you need to better care for yourself while caring for others.
Starts March 1st, 2012 and will be held weekly for 6 consecutive Thursdays through April 5th, 2012

Alzheimer's Association Educational Seminar - "Know the Ten Signs"

This program provides information about the ten signs of Alzheimer's disease (or related dementia). It encourages participants to be aware of cognitive changes, to see their primary care physician if there may be a problem, and, if necessary, to begin to take advantage of opportunities and local resources as a result of an early diagnosis.
