Noyes Memorial Hospital Auxiliary is offering up to $5000 in college scholarships
Scholarships will be awarded to high school students who will be matriculating in an associate or bachelor’s degree program at an accredited college or university in medicine, nursing, or any other health-related field, including dentistry, ophthalmology, and pharmacy.
We are inviting you to encourage appropriate students to apply for these scholarships. We are glad we are able to offer this opportunity to help students in the Noyes Memorial Hospital service area defray the high expenses incurred by today’s college students.
To apply for the scholarship please download and fill out the form above. You will need to send us the form, TWO letters of recommendation ( one MUST be from your School Counselor) , and an official transcript postmarked by February 10, 2012 to:
